Are you talking about http://www.computerforum.com and http://computerforum.com? If you are, then yes, it's the exact same site. It's been mentioned before what the difference is, but I don't remember.

computerforum.com without the WWW at the beginning doesn't remember your acccount info until you start viewing a thread.

I've never really paroused Computer Forums, but from what I've heard, they're quite rude over there.

they are slightly rude, but no where near some other forums. THere are some out there (especially Music Instrument centered one) where asking for a way to do it without a repair tech is a bannable offense.
