Same harddrive but different capacity... raid capable?

Yes but you will lose the extra space from the larger drive. The 150GB will format as a 74GB and both will combine into a 148GB RAID 0 array.

I'm not 100% sure but I think there's some non standard levels of RAID that utilize one drive being a higher capacity, good luck finding a RAID card for that though

Vista and Windows 7 can do a software RAID that allows you to create a normal partition off of any left-over capacity.
