samsung rv515 restore issues

hi, mt samsung rv515 has been playing up a bit lately its been saying windows explorer has crashed and i tried restoring it to factory settings but the samsung recovery isn't working usually i press f4 but it says windows cant complete installation and it says the same when i get half way through using the recovery media disk. i just cant restore it it wont let me. is it possible i need a new hard drive? i am pretty new to all this kind of issues so any input would be great.

You could have bad memory, which can cause the original issue you described. Download and create a memtest cd and boot to it and test the memory.

ok thanks ill give it a shot thats if the laptop stays on long enough lol it crashes so much now its driving me insane

It won't crash as it won't be inside windows environment.
