Which one should I get because I heard that the Sandy Bridge had some problems and I'm not sure what the Sandy Bridge really is so which one would be the best one to get i7 2600K Boxed Processor 2nd Generation Sandy Bridge CPU or i7 960 Processor?

The 2600k. Especially if you plan overclocking. The problems are with the motherboards not the processors. The motherboards were on recall but they should be back in stores soon.

From what I have heard one should wait until March to make a purchase of a Sandy Bridge motherboard. This is to make sure you did not get a defective board.

+1. The 2600k owns the 960. :) Sandy Bridge is the new architecture by Intel, which is what the 2600k is based on. The 960 is based on Nehalem, which came out in 2008 IIRC. With the improvements implemented in the Sandy Bridge architecture compared to Nehalem, the 2600k operates about as fast as the 980x, and the 2600k only has 4 cores! :good:
