SATA drive not reconized

Help! I have DFI-Nforce4 Ultra-D motherboard, 2 WD 74GB raptor and 1 WD 200GB SATA. I was able to go thru the stripping block 64K and select the 2 raptors for raid 0. I was able to go thru F6 and installed Raid disk driver silicon Image 3114 Rev.1.0 from my DFI mother. From there windows only found 1 drive which equals to 140GB only. I went ahead create 1 partition, formated and installed xp windows. Everything works fine but no 200GB drive under disk management only drive C=140GB and drive D=CDrom. What did do wrong? Please help....Thanks
