SATA hard drives on a ATA marchine?Adaptor?

Someone has given me a SATA hard drive.Trouble is my mother board is older and does not have a provision for a sata connector.

Is there a adaptor you can buy?

The mother board i have is a Gigabyte Ga7va in case someone needs that information.

Adapters for power and data cables are common these days for sata drives. http://www.satacables.com/html/sata_to_ide_adapter.html sees one there that simply plugs into the back of the drive where you simply plug in the molex plug for power and ide cable for data.
