Sata Hd watt?

Hi,
im about to buy a case to be used as a sata hd farm with sata port multiplier and a sata pci-x controler in my PE2650. But im worried about the power supply... The case can contain about 20hd, but do the 450watt will be enough?

I think the average start up draw of an SATA drive is about 25W and the average usage is about 15W.
