sata or ide

hi i have a pc with a sata hdd and a ide hdd would i be best installing windows to the ide drive and using the sata drive to install games to or installing windows to the sata drive
 
more stats on the drives would be beneficial, like rmp, size, etc. As a generalization, the sata should transfer a little quicker than the ide, so maybe games on the sata for that regard, but again, more info would help
