SATA Power Source?

If anybody could help me with this it would be great.

I just bought a SATA hard drive but my PC takes only IDE, so I'm planning on using a PCI controller card to connect it. Unfortunately, I did not think about the new drive's power source before buying it. Will an IDE's power plug work with a SATA hard drive? Or is it a different type of plug?

I am thinking about buying a new PSU to meet the power requirements. Either this or this. Which of these would probably be the best for the SATA drive and the Vectra VL420 mainboard?

Thanks in advance!

A few SATA hard drives have a molex connector, but most don't. Instead of getting a new power supply you can just get a molex to SATA adapter for a few dollars.

Thank you for the quick reply, OMEGA. I didn't knew I could do that! I probably should then. Thanks again :)
