Sata Raid Windows

OMG I installed fresh Windows 3 times and the problems are the same. I format the Raid's first partition and then install windows. And what the problem is that whenever windows is on idle or like 1 hour it freezes. All processes freeze and cursor and keyboard dont work. So everything is like Frozen.

Why do you think it is the hd? Has windows worked on the HD previously?

It would be very useful for any explanation. Yes it has but it was always frozen when idle for like an hour or 2.
