Is there a way to install XP on a SATA drive without using a Floppy disk(not available) if IDE emulation is not available in BIOS?

You will either have to buy a cheap floppy drive or you will have to use a program such as NLite to slipstream the sata drivers into a new install cd. Its very easy to do and you will need a burning program, such as nero or roxio, to burn the ISO image created by nlite to a cd.

not sure what the conversion is but here in the USA $5-$6 is going price for a floppy drive from newegg.com.
