sata wd 10k 16m raptor, good for gaming??

Im looking for another hd and this one seems to be the best deal for around here....does anyone have any thoughts about it?? or what I should be looking for in a gaming hard drive??

The best thing to do with those raptors is install the OS and the games on that drive, then have another drive (not a raptor) for all your data, aka pictures and stuff.

The raptors are kind of small by todays standards, but very fast.

Not to the 15k monsters, but yes the 10k will do just fine

my rig is nice as it is but I was told getting another hd will give me higher performance during gameplay.....is that true?

No, a faster hard drive will give you faster load times, but that's it.
