Saved network passwords on vista

Anyone know how to get the spot where you can save passwords and usernames to other computers on your network in vista home premium?

I did it a while back and since then some of the passwords/usernames have been changed on computers (so when I try to logon to other computers vista automatically tries to use the saved passwords and users to get on and it's not letting me change them) and cannot remember how to get back to it.
 
Oh yeah I've had that issue before too
I think I went to Safe Mode and then attached to my network path (which then gave the prompt again)
Or I created a new user account
Or I ran: services.msc, and disabled: "Protected Storage" > and Stopped it, then put it back to "Automatic" and started it again

Let me know which one did it, it is irritating
