saved Office Documents show foreign language in the type of file

when i make a new document i can call it what i want in english but the file type shows in portuguese
I HAVE AN EXCEL 2010 DOCUMENT CALLED "PASSWORDS" UNDER IT IN THE GREYER COLOUR IT SAYS "Planilha do Microsoft Excel 97-2003" THEN "67kb"

That's because you're using a Portuguese version of either Windows or Excel. It shouldn't effect how it looks on other people's computers if you saved it in English.
