Saving a game to hard drive

I was wondering how to save a game to your hard drive after you've installed it, so you won't need the disc to play it. Thanks for the help.

you can use Alcohol 120 or Daemon Tools.

yeah...i dont know any other way. Just google them, you'll find it. However, Alcohol costs a few bucks (somewhere around 60?) but daemon tools is free. Good Luck.

Alcohol will create an image of the CD and act as a drive emulator (making the computer think a file is a CD drive) while Daemon tools is just an emulator. It does have to bypass the copy protection for most new games... so technically it is in violation of the DMCA.
