saving macromedia flash vids

i was just wondering if anyone know of a program that allows you to save macromedia flash files
i get those just say wow newsletters or whatever you wanna call them
and they got some funny stuff on there. only problem is, i'm still stuck with dial-up
and in order to show anyone, i have to wait to get online and wait for the dang thing to load all the time, it gets annoying
any help would be appreciated

how in the world did you ever find them?
i tried searching google and all, but didn't really know what to search for and couldn't seem to find anything like i wanted.
