Hi, let me apologize if this is a simple thing, but i have an old desktop which has xp fat32. On it are many gigs of music and image files. There also are some msword/excel/access files. Also many programs w/complete install files.
My question, I have a new laptop win7, ntfs, and an external hdd which is ntfs. I realize i will probably lose all the programs since they are not 64bit, but can i at least successfully put the image files & music from the fat32 desktop, on the external drive and have win7 acknowledge them?
