i think thats the right word 'wrath'
iam sooo freakin mad.
SBC first, says my new internet will be ehre wedsday*before thanksgiving*.
ok no, its not. then they say tuesday meaning today. Still....no NOW its thursday... so iam hopefully if they DECIDE to give me my internet.
cause y'know iam only with sbc for me to please them, not the other way around.
were paying them $35 a month for internet,and they will decide and choose if iam worthy enough to get the there precious internet.
which last time they gave us an upgrade, it was slower.


so....
this has been a rant.
feel free to add anything lol

iam going to call them in a bit.
and so help me god, if i get another guy with an accent that I CANT understand.....

Yes, AT&T/SBC customer service sucks. When we had DSL, thank god we dont cause it sucks compared to cable, it took them three times to come and set the phone up correctly. Thats a shame.

My sister had 2 phone lines, one for phone, one for internet (dailup) she finally decided to get DSL. She asked them to cut of the second line and get DSL. They did it and about 2 months later she realized they were still charging her for a second line. She called them to fix it and they came and cut off the primary line. She called back and they told her it would take a week for them to come back to her. And the executive yelled at her. So she switched to Comcast. lol

btw, your quotes are classic. Said the second one many times this weekend. lol
 
lol i was playing billiards with one hand on the phone with them talking to the bots that sound like humans and i said my number and it repeated it wrong and i was like yes thats it and just getting mad
 
Well, you should complain to them and write to corporate. Complaining to us wouldn't do any better. On my install of Time Warner, if the installation was late, I get next months free. & I did :). Cuz the technician was an hour late.

but its there fault, there like are tech guy isnt working with it well.

last time i called its a guy with a heavy accent, this time it was a girl with a slight accent. its annoying.

lol, yea a lot of automated ones suck but there getting better. I think AOL has always had the best one and they lady is so polite.
 
How fast is this internet? For around the same price you can get 6Mb Cable, and they installed it the day after we called.

i dont know what u mean about "this internet" but I know, Comcast, my cable provider has a 6mb connection and there was talk of an 8mb. AT&T/SBC/Yahoo! theirs is 1.5mb and they also have a 3mb and newly a 6mb but those two are not offered in some areas, like mine. and cable is more expensive then dsl where i live. dsl ranges from $12.99 to $25.99 and cable is like $46 dollars if u have it bundled with tv, and if u dont its like $57
