Scanning, small prob.

Maybe my 78 years are starting to show but here goes. I have just scanned a photo into my Windows 10 desktop from my Cannon MG 6860 printer, and can't find the printer instruction book. Can somebody please tell me how to find the scanned photo? I haven't saved it , or named it, so it isn't in My Docs.

It's been a long time since I used anything Cannon but my Epson scanner will save either in Pictures, Documents or somewhere else that I decide on. By default mine saves in Pictures. having said that if you haven't saved it it may be be anywhere. Mine saves automatically though so I would think yours is in Pictures. You should be able to go into devices and printers, double click on your printer and hopefully see a list of items and one of them should be about scanning. Thats usually how I do it. Or you can access it from the programs list on start menu.
