2012 R2 Windows server
large number of computers (school network)
Some users are given unrestricted access to the computers.
Some students are unable to access their documents.
There have been no changes to the hardware.
there is a LANSchool message that pops up on some logins.
The problems do not always happen. It is completely random. It has been tested multiple times logging on with the same user on a classroom of computers at the same time and it is different computers every time.
Replicating the group policies did nothing.
It is only happening for students and not Staff.
Student users have been removed from individual computers in the classroom and logging them on after that did not change the problem.

Some students are unable to access their documents.
Where are their documents stored? Do they have a mapped drive to a file share that is supposed to automatically map on login?
there is a LANSchool message that pops up on some logins.
And that message is......?
Student users have been removed from individual computers in the classroom and logging them on after that did not change the problem.
You mean you deleted their domain profile from the computer and re-created it?

Who is in charge of the schools IT department? You'd be better off asking them, as they are familiar with how the infrastructure is setup. There are hundreds of reasons why some students can't access their files.
