I just ordered the parts just now(look in sig)

they should get here either tuesday or wednesday

but my mom makes me have someone else install it and that cant be done till Sept 5

oh well


i still get my dream machine and can finally get back into Photoshop and some gaming

rofl. Just kidding. If you got woken up the way I got woken up this morning you'd be in a silly mood too.

i was gonna get some CORSAIR XMS2 DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) C4 ones but i need to cut some prices so i could get a sound card

but ill just have the people setting up the computer set the timings in the bios
 
I'm sure you will be. And if you're not, you can always upgrade to a Pentium 2...

hahahaha.

but it never hurts to have it in there
 
No it sure doesn't. I still have a few of them in my rigs. They come in handy quite frequently, although the floppies themselves are always a serious pain.

Back on subject, you can give me your case, PSU, RAM, Mobo, CPU, HDD, and anything else you want to throw in. I wont mind.

i think im gonna have to trade in my OCZ ram for my original XMS2

my mobo has problems with the OCZ ram and it would have to be under clocked for stability

i knew i should have just stuck with the CORSAIR
 
They said the same thing about the P5B mobo and the OCZ ram, I installed some generic ram, flashed my bios, set my voltage to 2.1 and bam. It works perfectly.
