Screen Black out with 6600GT

i got an 8x AGP slot tat work well on ati radeon 9250 .. after i change to 6600GT i will get blank screen after loading window xp .. and the words at the boot up page is not clear ... im using samsung 713N
 
ECS EliteGroup .. P4M800 M7 and XFX 6600GT 128 .. 420W dont hav the link but tat all i know about my mobo and card
 
well ok i'll give it a try again but it if its not put all the was in .. it will produce a beep sound when booting up the motherboard
 
i notice tat the Memory Bandwidth of my mon\bo is up to 2.1Gb/s but for the graphic card is 16.0 GB/sec. Highest bandwidth up to 2.1GB/s graphics interface enables upgradeability to latest graphics cards .and my samsung 713N is not a DVI one .. and i used a port to change it to DVI and connect to the video card
 
i think there is a lag of power ... cause it says min of 450W but mine is onli 420W .. sometime i'll get blank screen ..

That could be it, how many amps does it have?
 
im not mvery sure . .sometime i can log into window .. but the image produced is very poor with spots all over
