Screen flickering when i scroll the page down!

Can anyone help to solve this situation; that my screen keeps liek sort of flickering when i scroll down on web pages. has any had this problem before. help very much appreicated.

have you installed the correct drivers?

Find out what the make and model of your card is and head over to the manufacturer web page, have a search for the appropriate drivers and install the most up to date ones
 
I have this problem now and again, even with the latest drivers; it depends on the web page, and my graphics adapter shares 32MB of the PC's RAM. Do you have a separate graphics card?

What are they?

drivers are small programs, that will allow windows to detect the graphics card, and whats most important, the drivers allow you to use your card to the fullest potental.

well we will need two bits of information first,

what graphics card have you got.
And also what operating system have you got, this will enable us to give you the exact link you the exact link to the drivers.

and how can i get them?

go to the site in which your card was made from, e.g. ati or nvidia
