Screen freezes everyso often ( Very Pissed off now!)

Im getting peed off with my PC as the screen freezes for around 45 seconds and most of the time gose blank.

Sometimes nerver turns on agen.

Im running Windows 7 with 2GB of RAM and a inbuild Graf card on a Gigabyte GA-MA785GT-UD3H With a Gigabyte GA-MA785GT-UD3H with a AMD Phenom II X4 @ 3.40GHz ...

I realy don't know what to do ... I have updated it all aswell.

What temperature are your components running at? Also are you sure your OC is stable?

The core is a max of 34C..
