screen goes black

ok, so i changed my screen res higher then what my monitor can handle and its black. i restarted my pc and you can see whats going on until right before you logon then its goes black.

i have tried booting in safe mode and change it back but when i restart my computer in normal mode it still goes black right before logon screen. what do i do now?:confused:
