Screen inverted

Ok, every dimension of the screen/momnitor display ahs been inverted, left is right right is left up is down and down is up, start bar is in top right, upside down and backwards.

Whats causing this. Im not actually at the problem Pc, im helping over the phone, a quick answer is of course preferred, nothing about nVidia control panel which allows for screen rotation, already scanned adware/spyware, nothing? whats going on?

Sounds to me like its either setting on the display properties/video card setting, or seperate controls on the monitor most likely. The screen sometimes tilts with the monitor, try making adjustments with the buttons on the monitor.
 
no i meant that the computer doesnt have nVidia Control Panel, so it cant be that thats gone wrong.

Apparently the BIOS and booting screen is inverted aswell, i havent actually seen the computer yet, amate went round earlier and said its really REALLy random, im guessin that the monitor has even gone crazy or the cable ios starting to break or something, any ideas.
