Yesterday , my monitor all of a sudden went black for a second and when it came back on the screen was jumping around. It's like trying to read the text on the bottom of a shallow stream. I have tried to reboot, and to shut down the monitor's power and even went to Microsoft fix-it, all to no avail. I suspect that the monitor is going south,but I'm no expert. The monitor is a 15 inch Samsung and is 7 years old. Is there any simple test that I could perform to verify this ? Thanks.
