Screen resolution problem

whats everybodys problem, ive got a prob all u throw is abuse. No body has answered with a decent solution, it isnt just this website, it is msn, yahoo, ect. its the gneral colour
 
See if in the control panel / accessibility options / display tab the "Use high contrast" is checked or not. If it's checked, then uncheck it.
