Screen Resolution

Hi
I have a second monitor. But the only place I can use it means there is a little of the screen at the top obscured. I need to change the screen resolution, but only the height by a small amount. Windows won't allow me to do this.
Any ideas (3rd party software is ok)

Most monitors can be adjusted by pressing the button psychically on them, allowing you to move the picture around on the monitor.
