Screen Scrolling Problem

Well, I haven't updated my drivers in a looong time, and when I finally did I'm getting a problem. My desktop is acting like its too big for my screen, so if I touch the mouse to edge it scrolls that way... trying to figure out how to fix this. It's on the same resolution it was before I updated the drivers.

Do you have it on auto-scroll? Check with your web or mouse settings.
What kind of web browser are you using?
Mouse?

its nothin to do with the web, i mean if i'm on just my desktop, i cant see a part of my desktop like its too big for my screen, so i have to touch my mouse to the edge of the screen to see the other side of my screen
 
Oh, I'm sorry, I misread. Well, I would say to double check your screen resolution. Try it on 800x 600 just to see how it goes and work your way up. I have been known in the past to accidentally kick up a notch or two too big while messing around with it.
What kinda of monitor are you using?
Have you tried rebooting?
 
it does it on every resolution, i use a laptop thats hooked up to a moniter, but it does it on the laptop screen and the moniter, and yes i have tried resetting
 
although it didnt look like it on the laptop screen, on my monitor it almost looks like its zoomed in... any help is appreciated, really wanna fix this :(
 
Do you know what resolution your monitor can run at? Typically when you go beyond what resolution the LCD can handle, it beings scrolling like that. If you're not sure, just bump the resolution down some and see if that helps.
