Screen tearing

I'm getting screen tearing on my desktop (and in the BIOS a little...really odd)... but I have no idea what the cause of it is. My specs are in my sig.


 
Have you OC'ed your graphics card?

Have you changed any settings in the BIOS, anything related to Bus Speed, or PCI-frequency?
 
Actually it started tearing when Firefox started to crash often. I have since Uninstalled firefox (i tired unintalling and reinstalling flash, but to no avail) and my problem has since stopped... No idea how Firefox and my screen tearing coincide though O.o


Btw for those following my RAM thread, I finallt passed the test. I put my RAM in slots 1 and 4, I guess my Mobo doesnt like pairing the RAM in the same colored slots. Thanks guys
