I just reformatted my computer and got the internet working. The problem is when I scroll, the page doesnt scroll smoothly, it seems to load the new page each scroll, a bar that slides down the firefox browser showing the part of the page. Ive already turned on smooth scrolling in firefox options, but it keeps doing it, how can I make it so it scrolls nicely?
