hey, before i start... lemme introduce myself... i am Joel from Malaysia.... not a place where you can get good and cheap PC parts...

Ok, i wanna ask if anyone here has SD Rams sitting around in there house or work shop or office that isn't been used? about 256MB and above... As i said malaysia don't sell cheap PC part and i don't work (still studying) and my pocket money ain't much... If you have a website, i can help you bring visitors over... or you need to find something on the net and you are busy i can help you find it... i can do mostly everything for you on the net for a SD Ram... If you want, i can send the money order of the price to send the SD ram over to Malaysia (i guess it isn't more then 10US *coz thats 38 Malaysia Ringgit here*)... anyone here can help? i know you guys at US and Uk (and a few more country) keep upgrading PC nearly everyweek... Here is my PC Specs and why i need the ram:

Windows 98SE
64MB Ram
x86 Family 6 Model 8 Stepping 6

i need the ram

1st: i wanna upgrade to windows XP coz i just found out (but it happened long time ago) that manufactures don't support windows 98 anymore.
2nd: my PC drive me nuts coz of all the software i use with 64MB ram, i like web building so i have macromedia dreamweaver and few more other software that its a big ram to run it and i really need to use it.

Please help me... please... thanks
 
what is you budget?
wow if $25 is too much then idk even if you'll be able to afford enough ram that youll need b/c XP alone uses up to 256mb and its best to have 512mb.

XP does NOT use 256mb, my PC uses 88mb at idel.

i said "up to 256mb" it can get that high or be lower. thats y its best to have 512mb. i was doing a little research about memory usage when mine was getting high and in many forums, many people said they had high usage(256mb) and so it was recommended they get more ram.
 
I would really like to see windows XP itself use up to 256mb of ram. I don't think its even possible, its the other progams that run that make it go higher.
