Seagate Central 2TB Network Hard Drive constantly flashes green light. It never shows up on the network.

I recently had a problem with my Seagate Central 2TB Network Hard Drive.
Whenever I hook the Ethernet cable to my router and plug it into the wall, I hear the hard drive spin up (no clicks of death, it sounds like a working hard drive). The Orange light comes on for a few seconds and then the green light flashes. The green light never stops flashing. It never shows up on my network,

I have tried different ports on the router, different ethernet cables, and resetting the unit. Still no go. I do not need to recover the data on the drive, I just want to get it up and running again.

If you don't need the data have you done a factory reset with the button?
