Seagate External Drives

I'm looking at buying a bunch of external hard drives and I cannot figure out what the differences are between normal Seagate external drives and Seagate FreeAgent Go drives. Here's a link to each one i'm considering.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148408 - Larger External Drive
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148342 - FreeAgent Go Drive

I know that the FreeAgent Go drives are slighlty smaller but otherwise i see no differences and a size difference like that doesn't matter to me. Will the slightly larger drive absorb shock better? Is one a better quality drive than the other?

If anyone thinks something other than the Seagate drives would be better for me PLEASE tell me. I've got about a $500 budget, and a minumum capacity requirement of 320 GB. I want to get as many good quality and reliable drives as possible with that money.

There really is no difference other then the first link has a 2 year warranty where as the second has 30 day warranty. Looks like the same model of HDD in both based off the specs. BTW just so your warned writing to that drive will be PAINFULLY slow so if you do 320GB expect a 3 hour + write time easily. USB 2.0 is not very fast at all.
