Seagate hard drive help?!?!?!

My computer used to work fine. I left it on a lot and just 1 night i turned it off and the next morning i turned it back on and nothing loaded. No screen, sound, nothin! It was working fine before that. I tried putting in another hard drive and it didnt work. Then i put my hard drive in a different computer and it worked fine. I have NO clue whats wrong. If someone could help i would like that.

Have you set the second harddrive as slave? You can set it to be slave by placing the "jumper" in different positions. The jumper is located on the back of the harddrive, the jumper settings are usually displayed under the harddrive. There you can see how to place the jumper so that the harddrive is in slave mode.

Yep. Positive i did. Well, just found out it wasnt my hard drive that was messed up or anything (Duh). So I guess I posted in the wrong place. But I still dont know whats wrong.
