Seagate Not Detected in Disk Management

I installed driver software and initialize disk everything cant able to solve the problem Hard disk not detected how can i retrieve a data without lost from disk .Suggest me to solve this issue

If disk management doesn't detect it then its most likely failed. Is the drive blank or does it have data on it?

The disk contains important data and video files .Its around 2 TB

Try connecting it to a different computer first. Is it an external drive or an internal drive? If external, you might be able to remove drive and hook up directly to pc.

It is external drive i tried connect the hard disk in different System but still same problem

What exact model of external drive do you have?

You did hooked the drive directly to the board as an internal? If you did and it didn't work then it sound like it's hosed.
