search history on network computers

I work in an office where I can connect to the internet through cable with static IP or Wifi.
I was wondering if someone with administrative access to the network can manipulate or falsify search history on my computer.

This may be my overthinking, but generally no, not on your computer specifically, but if your browser is syncing its data, like Chrome, then it's possible that if someone is using your Google account, then you may see history from that computer in yours, but you can tell because it will tell you the hostname.



I have seen it but not enough to provide a definite answer.
