Seasonic PSU

Does anyone know if Seasonic is a decent brand of PSU? For example I was looking at this one:

I doubt avg efficiency is 80% (prolly closer to 70-75) but it definitely seems like a decent PSU; doesnt say anything about dual 12Vs but most PSUs with PFC usually have them Some details: http://www.ramelectronics.net/html/SS-300AGX-F3BLR-A.htm

Thanks. I need a new PSU and I figured I'd get a cheaper one with PFC.

One more thing, what exactly is hold up time for a PSU?
