I'v got:

Microsoft antispyware as my spyware protecion and Norton Internet security as my anti virus, firewall and e-mail scanner, and I was just wondering are their any better FREE ones out their, even if I just use them as a backup.

microsoft anti spyware, imo is the best free spyware program, and i would reccomend avast for your antivirues (it has been far more efficient at stopping viruses with me than anti spyware), then for firewall zone alarm, www.zonelabs.com

For spyware I recommend Adware and Spybot Search & Destroy.

Are they all better than the programs i'v got installed now.
 
that depends what you calss as better, and in what sense do you mean better, they are better because they are FREE and do the same job, if not better IMO.....
 
How Good is the new Norton Internet security anyway guys..!!!
im using Norton Systemworks 2006, Ad-aware, Spybot, .. i was going to instal Norton Internet security but wasnt sure really...
 
Use as many anti-spyware programs as you want. I personally use Adaware and Spybot, but if you use Microsoft Anti-spyware as well, it can't hurt.
 
I'v installed zone alarm but it has e-mail scanning, which is better norton e-mail scanning or zone alarm. Please include which is more secure, which is quickest.

Also should I have 2 firwall programs running at one or will this just slow me down?
