See pcs connected to my router

Do you know how to see what computers are connected to my wireless router? When I go to its setup page it doesn't give me this option.

My speed god a little down, and no-one is dl anything, so I suspect someone connected to my router without my permission.
Maybe there is some program that lets me see who is connected and to ban those that shouldn't be connected?

I'm connected via RJ45 cable and my friend wirelessly. So it means then than no-one else is conected at this time.

Make sure to put a password on the wireless access and the admin access to change the settings.

but how to do that? Nowhere in the admin panels can I find the option of setting up a password for a connection. I already changed device name and default admin password.

he meant that you change the default admin password
so that no one can change the setting
