sega labtop

im good with computers but not much into the electronics background and i was wondering if i could turn my sega saturn into a small labtop computer and the steps i would have to go through to enable me to do this. also maybe lists out some recommended accessories, im working on a project to have an inexpensive portable computer that can use internet and have e-mail, considering i can buy a net link modem for the saturn and have internet and e-mail within it. any ideas?

you would need some pretty indepth knowledge about circuitry and electricity and considering your age i don't think you have that knowledge yet.
