is there such a program that i can install on MY computer that i can encrypt a message or file at MY end and send to a recipient at "the other end" and without that person having that very same program installed on their computer and for that person to enter in a pre-arranged password to open said file? .........i am NOT looking for the set-up with "public keys" (if i said that correctly
