This is an Intel original "BOXED" CPU & Cooling Fan w/an Aluminum alloy Rounded corner Heat Sink that Intel supplies with their CPU's. This is not an added feature but is actally supplied by Intel. Go to www.intel.com and look at their boxed sets of CPU's for a complete description of the heat sink that is supplied with them! This is the only heat sink we know of that Intel sells with their P4 later versions of processors that have been on the market for some time now.
