Semp 2800+ running at 2033.4Mhz

I got a little question about my old socket A Sempron 2800+

My sempron is soppose to run at 2Ghz right but CPU-Z says its running 2033.4Mhz

Is this right?

Shouldnt it be just 2000Mhz?

Just wondering why its showing 2033.4

You just have the FSB overclocked about 3.5 mhz. to put it at 2.035

Not sure if it would overclock anyway because my systems a Hp.

It's possible that it overclocked a bit by default, which is rare for an HP, but it looks to be right. What does dxdiag and My Computer Properties say about the current speed?

Both say 2Ghz

Why would they bother overclocking just a few mhz? like what StrangleHold said around 3.5Mhz

Your FSB usually goes up and down by ~1MHz while your PC is running, 3.5 seems like a bit much for the normal usage deviation but it's not worth worrying about.
