Well it all depends on how big it is, and what kind of connection you both have. If it is less than 3mb you will not have a problem with any email program... But you could sent it with an ftp program...

That's too complicated. She would have to set up a server, such as ServU FTP, in order for him to login and transfer the file. That's crazy for one program. :D

Perfect. Get the AOL messenger on your computer and transfer the file that way. I'm assuming, of course, that you can put it on your computer...
That file would be way to big to transfer over a IM. Both of you download limewire and use direct connect that would be the best way.

Last time I tried to send someone a cd it told me the file was too big...IM programs cap the size of files you can transfer to keep the bandwidth use down, if they didnt everyone would be using it to send uncle Bob or brother Frank the newest games, dvd's, cd's ect ect.

As long as the program doesn't require activation keys and is available for distribution; go to C:/Program files, select the folder for the program you'd like to send. Download Winzip, click create archieve, go to the program folder [C:/Program Files/YOUR PROGRAM], then zip all of the files in the folder, save the .zip archieve.
