Sending spam emails to contacts!

I have a hotmail email and I am sending emails to my contacts (such as Viagra and other emails) which I am not really sending tho. They are not in my sent box but I am getting some sent back and phone calls so I know that I am sending them. I have Norton 360 with all the updates.... Can anyone help? Thanks

I am no PC expert so please in dummy terms! :o
 
Ok I ran the Malware and that did not fix it. I tried to do the hijacker log but I get a error message..... And I am still sending emails to contacts....
 
Did you update Malwarebytes before you ran it? If you didnt update, then do that and scan again. Post your Malwarebytes log in your next post.

Are you using Vista? If so then right click on HiJackThis and select for it to run as administrator, then run another system scan. Post the HiJackLog as well.

Hi, you can contact with the hotmail support about this case. I saw such a case in other forum before, and he solved the problem by contacting the support.
 
Please post the hijackthis log when you can and we'll go from there. We need to see preliminary scans before we can suggest what to do next.
