Separating audio from Real Player video files?

Hello again, my friend has some Real Player formatted video files and he wants to separate the audio portion of the file so he can upload it to his IPod. How can this be done? Thanks.

Thanks for the link, however I downloaded the software and it tells me the license will expire in 30 days. Do you know of similar software that will last for longer than 30 days?

Come on guys anyone else? This software is great but it's only a trial version, so it will be useless to me in less than 30 days. So please offer me some other options.

You can also do this with Windows Movie Maker.

Thanks, I had no idea Windows Movie Maker had a built in converter. I also discovered that Real Player has a built in converter and used it with much success.
