I ordered a dual bay fan cooled case from Cooldrives.com Case with a 2 port serial ata to PCI Raid card PCI Card
I installed a 200 gig Western Digital Drive but can not get the computer to see the drive. Under device manager it shows a Raid Controller, so I think the PCI card is installed properly, but when trying to format the drive I go to control panel, admin tools, Computer management and drive manager and it does not see the drive??
I called cool drives and they only do customer support through email and I have yet to hear from them.
Any Ideas on how I can tell if the PCI card is working, I double checked ever conection from the hard drive to the computer, everything is hooked up and the LED light shows the Hard drive RPM's so guessing the hard drive is working.
Any help would be Greatly appreciated.
