series of problems

Hi, I recently contracted malware/spyware (Warning Spyware detected on your computer) and I guess whatever else I could. After running pctools spyware doctor 6.0 it seemed to fix my problems, well exept my comp still starts a little slow and my background is still locked where I can't make any changes. I was looking through my processes and noticed about six svchost.exe running, googled it and it brought up this website and recomended I use hijackthis and post it all here. All this could be related or not... So here ya go if anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it.

Btw... my background I went to control panel/display/desktop/customize and I don't seem to have the "web page" option.

We're here to help with the removal, rather than suggest he take it elsewhere.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply
  • You can also access the log in the Logs tab of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

Once done, please visit this webpage for instructions for downloading and running ComboFix:

Post the log from ComboFix when you've accomplished that, along with a new HijackThis log and the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware log.
